“This world of ours… must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be, instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect.” – Dwight D. Eisenhower

My Thoughts:

What I really think is that the world is gaining more people under depression and stress. More and more people are having built up anxiety and panic attacks every year. It is as if it’s a disease that is multiplying every year. However, there is one way to overcome it which is dive straight into it. Meaning you have to do what you fear and not flee from it. You have to be the cat and not the mouse in this game of stress and depression.

Stress and Depression

All sorts of unwanted feelings tend to end up with some sort of stress and depression. Everyone’s body signal to this feeling is different than another. One person might be having mouth twists, while another back or hip pains. Many people have eye problems such as twitching or like seems like its frozen. Regardless of what the problem is or where it’s coming from, it all tends to be stress and depression.

Good News

There is good news which is that it all can go away at some point in life. But it is not an easy game, and you need to work on it. You need to do the things that cause you to have the stress. Moreover, instead of dwelling on why you have this stress signals, you need to act upon it. Eating healthy and doing what you fear is the answer. Of course, eating is the answer as many body side effects are coming from food. This said, you need to eat correct foods that are designed to break down naturally with the body. Also, don’t hide away from your feelings, face them, always.
