“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” – Matthew 6:34

Well, what can I say, everyone is worried about something and it’s like a never-ending cycle. One person worries about something important, while another person might worry about something that is silly. Regardless of what a person worries about, it doesn’t matter because all worries lead to the same outpoint. All types of worries end up causing stress in all different ways. Every person has its own way of dealing with stress and its part of life.

Tomorrow

Somebody out there might have a singing show tomorrow and might be stressing all day because of it. Another person might have a speech for a job and just thinking about it, starts causing head Acks. Someone out there might have a boxing fight and might be worries all day that he might lose. Anyway, since all of this stuff take in place Tomorrow, then why worry about it today? It is just part of life, and we need to learn to focus on today and what is in front of us for the moment being rather than what might take effect tomorrow.

This phrase from the bible is very complicated as people are pretty weak to begin with. Every year more and more people are getting weaker and it’s just part of life. Because people are getting weaker, more worries are arising towards people which only starts causing stress. However, this is why we need to educate ourselves and learn to ignore all the future challenges that life holds for us.

If it weren’t for these hard moments, then easy moments wouldn’t really make sense or matter. There is a light on the other side, and we can all get there one way or another.
