“I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.” – Psalms 9:1

My Thoughts:

What a nice Thanksgiving Day Quote I want to share just as a reminder to be thankful. Remember to give it with your heart and it will be meaningful. Also, as eating season is in, I want to remind to not forget to eat healthy.

Unhealthy vs Healthy

When you are eating healthy, your body is providing the Thanks. When you are eating unhealthily, it’s as if you are doing it in shame. Which is why you need to remember to eat healthy as you’re getting the nutrients you need. In other words, eating healthy becomes essential and something you need rather than want. This is where the real thanks comes in, when it’s something you need.

Sure, it’s easy to eat junk food after junk food and super delicious. But what thanks will that provide when it’s something harming you? I believe true thanks comes just the way you eat and the way you express about it too. Act as if you are not doing anything healthy and just keep it to yourself. You don’t need to brag about it.

Have a Wonderful One

I hope all of you enjoys Thanksgiving and has a great time. Take this time to make up to God by giving him thanks from your heart and by showing it too. Show it with proper diet eating something that he made for you. Which is something natural that is made for our bodies to digest and not something artificially made.

Follow this Rule

If there is one rule I could help you with, it would be to eat anything that is natural. For example, it doesn’t matter what as long as it’s natural. Zero chemicals is the way to go. Try it!
