“Easter is the sign of peace, not pain.” – a Course in Miracles

I kind of like this quote because it’s very powerful. As painful as Easter seems, its actually for peace. If you guys haven’t seen the film by Mel Gibson called The Passion Of Christ, I highly recommend it. That movie is the last hours of Jesus life, and it is an extremely painful film. The movie is not in English, but it has English writings at the bottom.

It seems kind of hard to see it this way that Easter is for Peace and not for Pain. But as we learn more about Jesus it can all come together and make sense.

For what Jesus went through in his life, I think for those of us that have a stressful life. We just got to think about what he went through and that what we are going though is absolutely nothing compared to him.

This is also a reminder to live a more holy life and bring Christ more into your life. Start reading the bible and think more positive and holy in life. Don’t blame anyone for anything and instead focus on yourself. Try to provide peace towards everyone and yourself.

Food Matters

Keep in mind to eat healthy food because it’s a way of cleansing. Eating all natural foods with absolutely no chemicals is the best way to go. This means that stay away from food color and artificial ingredients. Eating how people ate during the time Jesus was here, is the way that we are suppose to eat now. So, getting rid of artificial foods and starting clean and natural foods is a good way to start.

Provide positive energy towards everyone and do as Jesus would want you to do in life. By following his commands peace will start floating towards your life eternally.
