My Thoughts: 

I just love this quote by Erica Jong and absolutely true and something I believe in. In order to overcome fear, you need to accept it. Instead of fighting against it to not have it, you need to do the opposite. Yes, this opposite is as hard as it can be, but it is the only way to overcome fear.

Change 

Most people do the same routines over and over. For example, if you park at the same spot at work, or taking the same road to work. It is a comfort that we built by repeating the same routines over and over. This comfort might not be really that safe to us. However, we need to accept change that there is nothing wrong with it. I think it is okay to take different streets to work, we can just discover new stores. It is okay to do out of the ordinary.

Regardless of what we do in life, nothing really matters at the end. I also don’t like changes, I mean I’m used to going one way to work, I rather continue going that way. However, sometimes I like to change my ways to go to restaurants that I haven’t tried and get food. By doing that I naturally break my normal path to work and end up taking a different route.

Don’t Hide from Fear 

Also, want to mention that when you go through and have anxiety that is healthy. There is nothing wrong with it and it is just a feeling we all experience. Every year more people have it than before and it is just spreading.
