This is the 1968 Disneyland Theme Park Map many years ago and as you can see many updates has been established since then. I love the way the park looks and feels now.
Disneyland first opened at 1955 and ever since I can say its the Happiest Place on Earth. I wasn’t born during 1968, however If I was around at that time, I’m sure it would be one of my favorite places as is now. Compared to now this park looks so small, but I’m sure it was just as good.

The cover is a black and white image of the Castle and a greeting note at the bottom.
Back of the Map
Back of the map is just mentioning that there are some free shows & exhibits. I wish I would have been able to check out this exhibits, they are looking pretty interesting.
Opening up the Map
As I’m opening up the map the first thing that grabs my attention is the Pet Care. For just 50 cents, you can leave your pet in the pet care area and pick it up when your ready. Why this grabs my attention? Is that, I don’t think Disneyland has this offer now. If I were to take my pet, I would get a baby cart for pets and take my dog as a baby. So, I wouldn’t need the pet care, but this is cool to know that Disneyland offered this before, and I’m not sure if they offer this now.
Also, Postage Stamps and Mail Services sounds so cool. This is something that we wouldn’t need now as we are advanced with technology. But, seeing that there were vending machines with stamps, really makes me feel like we are so advanced, we just don’t realize it.
Overall, all images are black and white, The map has more attractions than it seems. Checking this map out now makes me feel like I’m just so old, kind of love this feeling. Makes me think of the past of how people enjoyed the lives without the stuff we have now. I almost want to go back to those days, I feel like it would be so much interesting.
