Was eating an Mango and while cutting I was able to cut through the large seed. Normally mangos have a strong seed, but I guess this one the mango was kind of gone bad. Some portion of the mango had a little rotten smell to it, but still ate it. Anyway, if you ever where wondering what’s inside the mango seed? Well, pretty much its another seed inside. So as big as the mango seed it is, its got a kidney shaped seed inside. The kidney shape seed is attached to the interior seed by 2 strings.

As I opened this kidney shaped seed it has a hard texture to it and its nothing soft. As this looks like a kidney its only one reminder that I could think of. That is stay healthy and eat more mangos. Mangos are absolutely healthy for our bodies and this tropical fruit has been known to prevent cancer. So, eat it up nothing but great fuel to the body.
