“We not only changed the shape of the phone, we changed the shape of tomorrow” – Samsung

My Thoughts:

In a way I can agree as they have provided a tool that is very helpful towards all of us. Samsung made many progressive phones over the last years and the quality has been outstanding. However, I may have some downfalls towards the quality towards my Samsung devices. Yes, I’m extremely happy with all the products that Samsung is offering, but my phone has been having issues. Currently I’m using the Galaxy S22 and sometimes the screen stops working and I have to restart the phone for it to function correctly. This only happens sometimes, but it is extremely annoying as sad because I paid a lot of money for it.

Unhappy with Galaxy S22

As I have upgraded from the S20 to the S22 I feel like they have not shaped the shape of tomorrow. Why? Because I absolutely loved everything about the Galaxy S20 and the S22 has some drawbacks compared to the S20.

  1. S22 has no curved edges as did the S20. This makes the S22 look more like an iPhone than Samsung.
  2. The S22 width is wider, and the height is less, while the S20 was longer, and the width was less.
  3. S22 has functional problems which my S20 never had any.

All this said, I wish I really never upgraded from the S20 to the S22. However, all I can do now is to wait for the S23 which should come out in couple of months. The only one happy thing I like about the S22 is the speakers compared to the S20. But even the speakers I feel like its lower in sound than the S20. Even though it might feel lower in volume, the quality seems way better on the speakers.
