I have been using NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM for Joint for the past year now. I’m very happy with this product and I think you will too. Every time I make a shake, I empty 3 capsules inside and make a nice effective shake. If I don’t make a shake, then I take a different joint supplement as you will see below.

I got this Kirkland Signature Turmeric during sales week of December 28, 2022 – January 22, 2023. It was an incredible price of $25.99 after $6 off from $31.99. I just take this sometimes as better than nothing. I either blend it with a smoothie or I just take it as is with water. However, I only take 1 capsule as I find that good enough for me.
