(My Thoughts:) 

This is a way to bring smile to our lives and a way to practice to smile. Just to remember to just kindly smile at everyone that walks by you, even if you are down. This practice will help build a long-term success to upcoming challenges to each of our lives. This is a way to learn that we have a choice to smile and be happy regardless of what we’re going through.

Even if people are not smiling back or their being mean, learning to ignore those with a smile is a big plus. So, just simply smile and ignore is the way I like to see things.

You may wonder, “Why do we have to smile?” Well, the answer is simple, is part of practicing. Because, when you are feeling good, you mentally have a smile in your mind. Which you release that smile towards the people. However, when you are down so is your smile and the feeling you share with others is down too. So, practicing smiling as everything is fine, is a good strategy to get your life back in track.

The way I like to think of it is just feel how you feel without the negative energy. In other words, walk by people without tracing negativity energy towards them. For whatever happens, don’t frown about it. Rather, smile that it happened. Also, I like to think that all negative energy that comes out, smile about that too. When negative energy comes out, it’s a good way to release it.
