My Thoughts: 

As easy as this sounds, it is really complicated. Above that it is so hard that many people just have hard time doing it. For example, if you have a hard time walking into a shopping center, how can you easily do it? Some things in life are harder than it seems. Especially when it comes to panic attacks and anxiety. By far you may think it’s just a piece of cake, but it is exactly the opposite of that. It is an un-yummy feeling in life that many people go through.

One Way In

The only way to overcome anxiety and panic attacks is by doing what causes them. This said, you have to take the hard path in life and actually face it. Yes, this is by far most challenging task in life. What makes it worse is that the people you come across don’t want to be with you. Meaning other people want to not talk to you or be your friend because of what you’re going through. This is very sad, but those people will face their judgement about it by God. Best advice I can give is to not care what others think.

The reason why others don’t want to be your friends is because they get anxiety too. If you have anxiety, the weak people start getting it too. If the person is strong hearted than it will understand and deal with it. But a weak person’s heart is weak to deal with the anxiety people.

Anxiety is Common 

Anxiety is something that is spreading rapidly, and it is common. However, the side effects people have of it is all uncommon or unrelated to each other’s. Yes, many have same conditions of the side effect, but for some it is just different. This is what tells me that God is the one controlling you of going through these feelings.
