“To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom.” – Bertrand Russell

My Thoughts:

Oh gosh! Conquering fear is by far one of the hardest things in life. It is as if no matter what you do, nothing helps. I truly believe that God is controlling someone who has fear in his/her heart. It is as if God is planning the persons footsteps, so the person lives life in the path designed by God. However, there is more with fear that we just don’t know. For example, when you are going through fear your body works in a different way.

Anxiety

Let’s say you have anxiety, and you are doing something that causes you to have anxiety. This feeling is very hurtful and challenging, but I really think the outcome is greater than anything in the world. The outcome is better than money, or anything money can buy. This outcome is joy in the heart, and I think God plans anxiety towards the person. He chooses when the person has anxiety and when it’s time for the person to stop having it.

The weird part about anxiety is that everything that you encounter goes away. If you are sweating or feel like you are going to pass out, all these feelings fade when you are doing anything else other than what triggers the anxiety. Even during anxiety, whatever you feel like it’s going to happen, usually it doesn’t.

I know a lot about fear as I have anxiety too. From all the people out there, I can tell you a lot about anxiety and fears that can help you. However, the key point is you just have to experience the feeling for it to fade away. You got to do what causes you to have anxiety and keep doing it. Sometimes this can take years and years, and sometimes just months.

Wisdom along with hope, joy, and great dreams follow you as you encounter fears.
