“Thinking will not overcome fear but action will.” – W. Clement Stone

My Thoughts:

What I wanted to mention is that lately I’ve been getting fears of something very unexpected. I have been talking to people all my life and there is something I’ve noticed in this last 2 months that I’ve never noticed before. And this unexpected, is talking at the same time as someone else. Yes, have you ever encountered that?

Phone

On the phone this can happen at times, but when we are talking person to person in real life, I thought it would never happen. As we are in 2022 right now, I’ve been talking with everyone always with absolute 100 percent great conversations. However, latterly I’ve noticed I’m having trouble talking to people. This is because people talk at the same time as me and it kind of feels awkward.

Real Person

I’ve noticed this people that talk at the same time as me are people who possibly are under stress. Yes, I’m under stress too, but even so it never happened to me until now. Anyway, as I’m talking, I’m thinking when they are going to stop talking so I could start. Usually, I notice most of the time my thinking is off.

Point Is

As I’ve come across these unexpected behaviors of fears. I just wanted to mention that I need to keep trying to get back in the rhythm. Instead of not having a conversion to the people that this started with, I need to talk to them more. I need to take action to overcome what got to me unexpectedly.

Action

Same with you if you have fears, you need to face it so you can overcome it. If you think to avoid, you only progress it more. Instead, you need to think of what actions to do. Actions help help, not thoughts. Except for positive thoughts that are very helpful.
