“The unexamined life is not worth living.” – Socrates

My Thoughts:

This reminds me of the film that came out in 2018 called: “The Meg.” It is played by Jason Statham, and it is about a shark that is just impressively giant.  Great movie, if you guys haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend watching it as it is very heartwarming.

Examine

What I’m getting out of this quote by Socrates is to examine your life. In specific about your health life. Don’t be scared to go to the doctor to get a checkup. If you have never visited the doctor, this may just be the right time. Remember to keep yourself clean from bad foods and focus on eating correctly. This means throw away your bag of chips with MSG and grab a nice clean fruit instead. Or if you are like me grab a healthy ice cream instead, LOL. I have an ice cream disease that I just can’t stop eating. It’s as if I was brought to earth just to eat ice cream. I eat one a day, normally. However, there are days when I eat ice cream couple times a day.

Live It

Anyway, don’t let your life be as is without examination. This means, you need to focus on your health, so things don’t get worse later. Call the doctor, go for that checkup and you might just thank yourself later. If anything, just get an appointment to take your blood out to get that checked. With just the blood checked, you can know a lot about your health which can help to improve your life if anything is unbalanced.

Dentist

Don’t forget to get your teeth checked too as many people just ignore that. Pick a random day on the Calander, set an appointment, get yourself checked. I check my teeth every 6 months, just to make sure it’s good. Normally, I get X-Rays once a year, but I get cleaning twice a year. If you have never checked your teeth, check it now as you can prevent many problems later. You might even thank me for this consideration. If you are missing a tooth, your teeth will start shifting slowly which it’s better to treat it now than later.

So, get yourself examined.
