“Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you.” – Frank Lloyd Wright

(My Thoughts:)

First time I heard this quote I just wanted to make BBQ at the park while being in the nature. Not just any park, but a park like Griffith Park because that is as nature as nature can get in Los Angeles. Many wild animals floating around everywhere and even a mountain lion known as P-22. Don’t be surprised if you come across this mountain lion as it made its way from Santa Monica all the way to Griffith Park. However, I’m really not happy with the outcome of this specific mountain lion.

P-22

Even though P-22 is living amongst us in Griffith Park, he really shouldn’t. He has made his way accidentally and was lost but found its way to this park. If you really ask me, I think he just wants to go back home to his family. I mean there really is no food source at Griffith Park. There are couple of deer’s, but even so it’s hard to hunt one when you are not with your pack. It’s a natural extinct that wild cats have when they are hunting. This natural extinct is not available for P-22 since he is by himself.

If anything, I think that P-22 should be sent back to Santa Monica, or at least be kept in the L.A. Zoo. Why L.A. Zoo? Because that zoo is right in the Griffith Park. At least, the zoo would take good care of it, so it doesn’t starve, or it doesn’t eat what his not supposed to.

Overall, I just wish the animal industry would take good care of him. He even has an oversized GPS laying on his neck that would be dangerous and get in the way of his natural hunting skills. Therefore, please animal industry, take him back home or treat him better by providing food and care to him.
