Pies from Trader Joe's

There is just so many pies to try from Trader Joe's and every year I just like to try them. From one pie to another I just tend to grab a different one to try. However, some pies like the apple, pumpkin and pecan are just ones I like to grab every year. Eat one a week is how I like to think of it. At the same time, mixing them with ice cream or adding whip cream is a great way to enjoy as well. The prices are always great, and I trust the ingredients on the pies from Trader Joe's.
Pies have always been one of my favorite desserts so let's get right to this very special pies.
Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie
I just had to start with my favorite pie that I'm starting to get tired of because I been just eating so much of it. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie is different, and I want to say one of my favorites. Why? Because, it has that cinnamon taste that I notice most places are lacking from the pumpkin pie. It delivers pumpkin puree and cinnamon twist of flavors that is very warm and enjoyable.
On the back of the box that the pie comes in there is this mathematical lesson. This is the lesson on the back of the box:
"The square root of PI is 1.77, rounded. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie is round, but comes in a square box. What are we rooting around about? Try the pie! It's rich and creamy, like it would be if you made it yourself. But you didn't have to make it, because we did it for you. Top it with whipped cream or ice cream, or just dig in with your favorite fork." - Trader Joe's (back of pie box)
The pie was $6.99 which comes in a 9-inch diameter, and I love the crust design that go around.
