My Thoughts: 

Living well may sound easy, but it is actually harder than it seems. Especially when it comes to the foods that we are eating. With all the chemical foods we eat, it might be hard to live well. Which is why we need to control that and eat healthy from now on. If you go somewhere, don’t eat the unhealthy foods that is all over the place. Instead, grab something healthy that will benefit you. Same with if you are at school and throw away the chips and chocolate. Grab healthy alternatives instead.

Love 

Who likes the Love word? There is just so much with love that seems complicated. But like what? Maybe there is nothing complicated with love and just like that, love. Keep love in your heart and share it with everyone you come across. Don’t pass negative energy around when you can pass positive energy around. Love your partner always and forever. Open your eyes and realize that everything is love and you just need to contribute to it. Maybe you might need to cleanse yourself which can help to feel better as if you are getting rid of toxics in your body.

Laugh

Laughing is a medicine of its own and helps to feel better. If you are ever sad or not feeling well, just watch a comedy movie. Every time you laugh, it helps you feel better naturally. In a way, you can think of it as free medicine. However, don’t laugh for no reason, laugh because you feel it. Naturally, it is hard to even laugh with no reason as it is a feeling you need to feel. Sure, seems hard at first but you will realize that laughter goes a long way in life. Read jokes if that’s what it takes.
