“If you want peace, stop fighting. If you want peace of mind, stop fighting with your thoughts.” – Peter McWilliams

(My Thoughts:)

Well, this might feel a bit obvious, but it is pretty hard to deal with. For example, if something is really bothering you it just is so hard to stop thinking about it. This is just how it is and often if it is something serious it starts leading to panic attacks and depression. Once this happens it is super hard to get out of that zone as the damage has already taken place. Now at this point, you have to extra hard to help yourself heal which is now leading to another problem of its own. It becomes harder than it ever was and now you ask yourself: “how to become in peace.” Well, it’s just so crazy and there really is no answer as entire life turns upside down.

It is no doubt that Peter McWilliams is absolutely right, it just that it is harder than it seems.

Super Hard

Everyone can tell you to do this and to do that to help yourself. But they don’t really know what you are going through as they are unaware of it. They may just act like they know, but it is obvious that they really don’t. Therefore, it comes down to you and yourself to help you with it. Now, you start realizing just how strong you can become and how strong you really are when you realize you are all you need to help yourself and not rely on anyone else. At this point, it’s almost as if you are turning to Superman and you conquer it yourself as you start to fade away the people around you who you thought could help you.

At the end of the day, you are all that you got and that is bigger than you think.
