“If you understand, things are just as they are; if you do not understand, things are just as they are.” – Zen Proverb

(My Thoughts:)

This may work in the logical world, however in the work world it may just not work. Some just require more knowledge besides common sense and without understanding things just won’t be the way they are. At the same time, I think that you can train anyone to understand even the most complex jobs out there.

Los Angeles County

Let’s take a look at the LA County which I really think that 95% of all jobs that require some sort of license or degree are really not necessary. About 95% of all jobs that require a license or degree of any sort can be done by someone who doesn’t have it. All it takes is simple training and usually any job regardless of license or not requires training for the job. This said, the reason why I think they require a license or degree is because the hiring process is just overcrowded. There are thousands of people trying to get jobs at the LA County or Cities.

Who doesn’t want to make top amount of money doing less things by working for the LA County. I also think that it is the best place to get a job at because almost any job in the LA County pays estimate 15-30% more than 3rd party companies. On top of all that full benefits which can count as 7% more pay if you really break it down.

Main Point

What I think this Zen Proverb is all about is that life goes on. It is all about our humanism as a whole and we need to look at it through the top of the world. Looking down on Earth as a whole and not each person one by one. You can focus on your part by making progress decisions in life and so on with each person as themselves. But as you look from above you can see that we all are one.
