(My Thoughts:)

This is perhaps common sense and it is always why I tell people to do new things in life. This is what you have to think about: what have you done to be where you are now? If you are not satisfied than it is clear that you have to do different things to be somewhere else than where you currently are. If you are happy with where you are and how much you have accomplished than continue doing just that. However, for most who are not satisfied, this means start by doing different things in life.

Changes

It all starts from life habits such as going to the same food spots or going to work in the same way all the time. This also means that you are in the mind set of not wanting to change. There is no problem with that but with change is when you can achieve something that you still haven’t achieved. Most people are afraid of changes which I tend to stick to my same ways as well. Anyway, the point is look forward with brightness when it comes to changes. Don’t go to the same restaurant as always. Do different things in life, go to different places and accept to do changes. Go to work in different ways and you might spot a restaurant that you never knew existed. Go to a different store than the usual and look brightly when it comes to changes.

Nutrition 

Most of your feelings can come from what you eat. If you are not in the best feeling of your life perhaps you need to change your diet. Instead of eating Hot Cheetos, maybe you should grab carrot sticks instead. Eating nutritional foods provides a healthy feelings and can help to maintain your body happily as well. This said, don’t let your stomach fool you into grabbing something unhealthy.
