“How much do you engage yourself in what’s truly real and important in life? That’s the individual question.” – Ted Danson

(My Thoughts:)

What I think Ted Danson is saying is that we need to not waste time on stupid stuff that don’t matter. Instead, we need to work on things that matter. An example would be such as going to school instead of chasing boyfriends or girlfriends. Taking the time to concentrate on what is most important for us rather than for others. Obviously, school is perhaps the most important as it is our careers at the end. No one really wants to flip burgers for their rest of life even though it’s not a bad career but that’s why people go to school. Most people would suffer now learning in school and getting a job that pays so high. This said, I’ve noticed most high paying jobs require less work than flipping a burger, sounds funny but it is so true to many careers out there.

Flipping Burgers

I perhaps would enjoy flipping burgers as a career because that is my personality. I would enjoy it but at the same time I would move up with the company as much as I can. It sure seems like flipping burgers is an easy task but not so true when it comes to In-N-Out Burgers. At In-N-Out flipping the burgers is the highest position among the food handlers. This said, I will keep In-N-Out in mind when looking for a burger job. However, there isn’t really much food to get from In-N-Out which is why I would look for something with more food opportunities. The more food to cook, the more food to choose from to eat and enjoy.

At the very moment I’m craving a pastrami sandwich from Tiffany’s Coffee in Glendale, California.
