Headaches and migraines can be be caused from many things, such as not having enough sleep, or skipping food. Maybe you skipped breakfast or you didn’t drink enough water for the day, Or, you ate a lot but nothing was really nutritious so you body didn’t get simple daily vitamins. All this factors can all be a reason why you may have a headache. Also, if you don’t take any vitamins you may want to consider looking into some healthy daily vitamins.

Some other factors can cause headache such as candle smell. For example, lets say their is a candle in your room and maybe the smell is causing an headache. If that is the case just sell that candle on eBay or give it to someone who might like the smell. This was the case with me, I had this candle made of lemongrass oil and the lemon smell just kept giving me a headache.

Some other factors like shoe sprays, perfumes or clones, house cleaning sprays, and soaps or shampoos that you don’t like the scent can cause headaches very silently without you noticing. So, if you come across any spray or product that you don’t like the scent just don’t use that product.
