Alright guys so I want to talk a little about erectile dysfunction called impotence and straight from the beginning if you stand straight and look down and see your stomach coming out, or if your chubby, right away get in a diet and start walking more. Eating healthy is very important if you want to prevent or reverse the dysfunction. You must remember to eat healthy and if you are fat you have no choice but to lose weight because fat is not good for erectile dysfunction, fat can make things worse. So, if you happen to be fat start walking or doing light exercises and definitely this means to eat healthy and stay away from sugar.
What I mean by eating healthy is by not eating chemicals because chemicals in foods such as food color are not broken down easily. Don’t forget to stay away from sugary beverages because those drinks can make the dysfunction even worse. Also, remember whatever you drink your going to pee it out so you want to pee out healthy products and not chemically made products.
