Diabetes is deadly and dangerous and often you don’t know you have it until its too late, a silent killer that progress’s and populates to more people every year. Therefore, from the start I want to tell you to maintain good physic before its too late.
There is type 1 diabetes in which the body will not produce any insulin. So, the person will have to take insulin by injection or insulin pump.
And, the leading diabetes is type 2 diabetes which some insulin is producing but not enough. Over 90% of diabetes are type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes could be passed down to you as well as develop on its own, therefore, one must always eat plant-based foods and not processed or chemicalized foods.
Diabetes usually start from poor life style choices such as eating junk foods and unhealthy snacks. Some foods to stay away from for diabetes are: white breads, chocolates, raisins, alcohol, sugar, bananas, salt, pineapple, dates, melons, grapes, watermelon, pastries, corn, oranges, French fries, beets, fried foods, mangos, anything processed, honeys.
Key point is to eat proper nutrition, avoid liquid sugar drinks, avoid gas drinks, avoid anything with food color. Stay away from smoothies, shakes, and coffees purchased from stores because they blend with sugars and mix with foods not good for diabetes.
The most important factor here is that diabetes could be healed or maintained with good proper diet, good foods to eat are: asparagus, lemons, limes, spinach, little unsweet coffee, brown rice, eggplant, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, unsweet tea, almonds, artichokes, cabbage, pumpkins, strawberries, walnuts, ginseng, coconut, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, fishes, olive oil, chia seeds, cauliflower, carrots, flaxseeds, raspberries, baked sweet potato, grapefruit, tofu, avocadoes, pomegranate, beans, blueberries, broccoli, kale, oatmeal, apples, cherries.
Remedy that Works for Me
A good remedy that worked on me for diabetes is seeds of carnation tea mixed with cinnamon stick and drink it 3 to 4 times a day normally before meals.
Don’t be lazy, start doing physical activities, and start eating proper today. Stay nutritious and stay away from damaging foods for your health and for your being.
Take a Visit to the Doctor
Also plan on visiting a doctor if you are over weight because you may have symptoms of diabetes and you may not even know it. It is better to go to the doctor and to do some blood tests and physical to determine you health level. Eating healthy is always the key point to Diabetes so please stay away from junk foods. If you catch yourself eating junk food stop now and replace it with a fruit or something natural. If you haven’t been to the doctor for a while, get an appointment because you don’t have to be fat in order to have diabetes.
Also remember to drink plenty of water and don’t go grocery shopping on an empty stomach. because, when you are hungry in a grocery store you will crave every bad junk food you come across. So, eat food and then go to grocery shopping.
