Then most likely they have helped you to wipe your phone caches and this can possibly help to fix some phone issues. However, keep in mind some cell phone issues don’t have much to do with the wipe caches. For example, if you dropped your phone on the floor many times chances are something else is the problem and wiping the caches may not be the issue of the fix.

What Are Caches in Cellular Phones?

Clearing Caches or wiping caches are all the same thing. So, what exactly are Caches in the cell phone devices? Okay lets say you took pictures and you delete pictures or save a file into the cell phone. For your daily task of the phone the phone creates caches or you can think of tasks of what it did and it stores it in the wipe cache partition part of the phone. So does caches are not really needed anymore so you can go ahead and delete it. In other words its unneeded files that the phone doesn’t need anymore. However does unneeded files are taking space on your phone and taking over your phone memory space, so wiping caches is another way of saying deleting those unneeded files.

Many Devices have Cache Feature

It is not just Cellular Phone Devices that have this type of Caches, other devices and programs have the same features. For example using a program called Adobe After Effects, every so on you have to clear the Caches of the program. Otherwise, the program will slow down and this can cause problems with your video editing. You can think of the same for the phone, so that is why it is a good habit to delete the phone catches monthly.

If you have a newer model of Samsung Phones then contact Samsung and they will explain the way to wipe the caches. If you have an Apple device or any other device then please contact the help line so they can help you.
