“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world” – Titus 2:11‭-‬12

My Thoughts:

For some reason this phrase reminds me of my bird, “Gago.” It reminds me that we need to live a life peacefully like a dove. Dove is a reminder of peace and love and wings that spread the words of God.

Soberly

I know we should live soberly, but I like to add that drinking is important too. I think drinking is very good, however, not to confuse this with getting drunk. Of course, getting drunk is bad for our health and for our believe towards God too. We can drink alcohol but depending on the alcohol and the way it’s made. For example, if we are drinking beer than I really think that is bad towards our health and belief. But if we are drinking alcohol naturally made like wine and tequila than its good for us.

Drink for Recovery

You can drink alcohol, but in the right amount. Our body is made to break down up to one shot per day so anything over one shot is over the limit. Anything over the limit is going to start damaging our health very rapidly. Therefore, I say you can drink, but in the right limit. Also, you can drink anything naturally made, so go ahead and drink your wine and tequila. Be careful as many companies don’t make wine or tequila naturally as they add preservatives, so try to get natural ones.

Just to mention that our body breaks down 1 shot a day for a very healthy body. If your body is not healthy or you already have health damages than your body can’t break down 1 shot as you shall consume less or not consume any depending on your circumstances.
