My Thoughts:

For one thing I can’t really say the word “folks,” for some reason I have an accent on it. Every time I try to say it, it sounds like, “forks.” Second, it is pretty obvious that you are going to be as happy as you make your mind up to be. Yes, as the years are going more depression and unhappy people are rising. I’m not sure what it is, but as years come by, depression is rising daily basis.

Eat Clean

I think happy life comes with a clean diet. If you are unhappy with your weight, you might just be unhappy the whole day. If you are happy with your weight, then you may find yourself joy throughout the day. Possibly, if you are sad, start a fresh and clean diet, see how that goes for you. You can start by detoxing your body if you may need to. Cleanse it, let all the toxics out to see how it makes you feel. Most importantly, start right now and don’t save it for later.

Do it Now

Do whatever action you are doing in life right now. Every time you lag something, you end up lagging it again the next time around. For this reason, don’t lag now, or you will lag again later. Keep in mind that success comes with effort, and you need to put work to it. Establish a path that brings you joy, do it now and don’t lag on it.

It helps to brainstorm what you want to accomplish, and you can start on it right away. Joy will follow as you accomplish it.
