“And in the end it is not the years in your life that count, it’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln

(My Thoughts:)

Well, as much as it hurts it is just the reality of life. Many people are just wasting their time by just doing nothing. Well, I don’t really like to say wasting time, but not being progressive with life. In other words, It is time to stand up and to do something so you can achieve something instead of nothing. Unless you win the lottery, you just have to work hard in life. Even if you win the lottery there is just so much responsibility that you still got to do something with it. Any way you put it, it’s a life given to us and we need to respect that by giving it back. Kind of like that way of thinking is the way to progress.

Mystery

Abraham Lincoln’s life is just very important to me because I been studying it for a while in school and out of school. It just is so interesting, and this reminds me that we know so much about history and yet we had no way to track it down. What I mean is that all that took place in the past is just words that spread with no evidence as there are now. For example, When the September 11th attacks took place there are video recording of it that we can prove down the road. However, there are no video recordings of anything from the past and it is just the era of life that we are in.

Let’s see how life goes and becomes 50 years from now. My guess is that it’s going to be like the movie Back to the Future. Everyone remember that movie? One of my favorite films of all time.
