(My Thoughts:)

As sad as this may feel it just is life and you have to deal with those challenge feelings. The moment you are going through real challenging times it’s as if life is over and you are just so depressed. It’s almost as if you can’t bypass the moment of depression that it builds. Kind of like a shock to your heart that you are in that moment of challenge that you are in. However, I believe only time heals it as the time goes by as your body starts to accept these moments. After some time, it’s as if you are back to track again and those feelings you had start to slowly fade away. Time is basically a medicine in many ways, but we haven’t really realized it.

Just Bring It!

You can’t just stand and say Just Bring It to those challenges, but you must learn to find a new way to stand for it. For example, instead of thinking negative and feeling sad and blue. Think of things to do to make you heal sooner. In other words, accept the challenge and the key word is “work.” This means you now have to do something about it. Go for a walk in the mountain or go shopping or just do anything that you do that helps you to not focus on the challenge. I know it’s very complicated but that’s what life is about. We are meant to work for life and to live life everyday doing something instead of nothing. That is why we are here on earth to begin with.

Relaxation will come when we leave earth, until then: we are meant to work hard and to keep trying every day.
