“I believe that anyone can conquer fear
by doing the things he fears to do,
provided he keeps doing them until he gets
a record of successful experience behind him.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt

My Thoughts:

This is by far one of the hardest things to do in life. I mean as simple as it seems it is by far one of the most challenging things to go through. For example, if you fear driving a car, how many times are you going to drive until the fear is over? This is hard in life to conquer, however as all things in life goes, everything is doable.

Just DO it without Regret

Of all things to say, I just want to mention to do as you fear. If you have anxiety walking through shopping centers, then do it. However, what I want to mention is that if it doesn’t go well, then don’t regret it. It is this moment’s that you got to keep trying until one day it goes great. There is going to be so many times that you are going to unhappy with your progress but keep your head up high. All the times you try it builds it in your mind, until one day it has built enough. This is how it works when you are trying to overcome anxiety of all types of fears.

Rollercoasters

As tricky as this can be, some fears you can reject if you want. Such as rollercoasters, I mean that is just very easy to not go on if it gives you fears. Personally, I get head acks from riding rollercoasters, which is why I limit myself to it. I still go on them, just very few and often I want to vomit. If you never been on one, start with an easy one and built your way up. I also don’t like to avoid them, because I’m a big fan of facing fears.
