“A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.” – William Shakespeare

My Thoughts:

This is a great April Fool’s Day quote and by legend William Shakespeare himself. You would think this quote makes sense, which it does and feels a bit tricky. It’s one of does tricky quotes and hard to believe, but some people may just not understand it.

Fool

I’m going to start with the fool side first as its absolutely true. If a person thinks to be wise, he/she may just be a fool. As being wise is never ending story. Wise gets wiser and there is always more room for progress. In other words, it means a fool thinks he is wise.

Wise

As wise goes, you may be wise, yet you may act a fool. As long as you know you are acting a fool it’s actually wise. Since you are aware of it, you are in the wise mindset.

If you want to be wise all you have to do is keep yourself educated. Just keep on progressing on something that you are good at. Think of ways to improve as there is always room for improvement.

What you don’t want to do is to go back and pretend to be someone that you are not. If you keep yourself occupied with school, most likely you will be in the wise category.

Happy April Foll’s Day

As today is the day of pranks, the wise will find a way to act a fool. It is pretty hard to try to fool someone, but it is sure fun. However, keep it mature and don’t try to act as a fool, be smart about it. This is the hardest part trying to fool someone by being mature. The wise will figure it out and find a way to do it.
