I just love this L.A Zoo Map, it makes me feel like I’m in the Jungle and I have to find my way out. It just looks so cool and love the green tone color on it, feels just like a forest in the zoo.
Everything besides a List Guide
This map has all the images of the animals, but it doesn’t have any list guide with all the animals names. This kind of makes it confusing trying to figure out which animal is which. Some animals are easy to tell apart, but some are really a challenge to figure out what they are by just looking at the image. But, I want to say 90% are easy for most of the animals, I just wish it had a list of all the animals.
On the map it seems like there are just so many animals, but as I visited I feel like I didn’t see like 30% of the animals. But I was multitasking and not really paying attention to the map, maybe that’s why. I want to revisit the zoo again so this time I can concentrate on the Hyena. After watching Lion King Movie, I really want to see what Hyenas look in real life.
Also, I got this very yummy Kettle Corn Popcorn, which I believe they are at the zoo during weekends. This popcorn is just amazing and by far the best popcorn I’ve had. If you want to try it, its right next to the flamingos and I believe they are their only holiday and weekends. But I would call the zoo to make sure they are there before going to try this yummy popcorn.
Love this zoo and love this map, also just FYI most animals are asleep at times because of the heat and also their natural behavior.
