2019 - 2020 Newport Beach CA map

This map is sure a Journey Well Beyond. – as it says on the cover.

It is loaded with bunch of beaches to visit.

  • Balboa Island
  • Balboa Peninsula
  • Balboa Village
  • Corona Del Mar
  • Upper Newport Bay
  • Lido Marina Village & Cannery Village
  • Mariner’s Mile/Westcliff
  • Fashion Island/Newport Center
  • Newport Coast/Crystal Cove
  • John Wayne Airport, Orange County

With all this beaches listed on this map, its kind of hard to pick just one spot to begin with. Because of the Ferris Wheel I would personally choose to go to Balboa Village which is part of the Pacific Ocean.

Whale Watching

When I opened the map Davey’s Locker Whale Watching was on the first page of this map. So, I sure would really want to visit this Whale Watching trip because its of course on a small ship, which means ocean ride. Also since its on special for $16, it almost feels like its free ship ride on the ocean. Hopefully there will be some whales of dolphins around, but if not, then I’m sure their may or may not be some alcohol drinks.

When you fully open the map, it has a big poster of the map of Newport and Surroundings. It has bunch of stores and cool stuff you may discover to try. I would definitely go on the Whale Watching trip and then I will plan what else to do next.

Also, I would recommend to visit the Santa Monica Pier which is not on this map. Santa Monica Pier is really couple miles away from Newport Beach and there is a tiny rollercoaster on the pier. There also is a Ferris Wheel on the Pier, which makes this pier a must visit site from all nearby beaches. Check it out! 🙂
